Ruddington Wellness Centre is a brand new therapy hub in Ruddington, NG11 6HF. We offer flexible rental across 7 lovely rooms in our newly refurbished building.

Created by therapists, for therapists, we understand the importance of flexibility in private practice. Our flexible model means you can book as much, or as little time as you need, when you need it.

Each treatment room is highly equipped with electric couch, sink, desk & chair, trolley, couch roll, medic wipes, clinical waste disposal including sharps. Each counselling room is beautifully designed with calmness in mind.

We also understand that private practice can be lonely. Your success is our business. We happily promote our resident therapists across our social media channels, offer information on good ways to advertise to increase your business. Networking opportunities with our fellow practitioners.

✨ Welcome to Ruddington Wellness Centre ✨
Did you know that the old veterinary clinic in Ruddington has been lovingly transformed into a beautiful new wellness space?
In July 2024, we purchased the building and began an exciting journey to create a calm, modern and welcoming environment for both practitioners and clients. With support from Rushcliffe Borough Council, we were able to refresh the exterior of the property — giving it a clean, contemporary feel while restoring the original style wall signage to honour the building’s heritage.
We now offer specifically designed and fully furnished therapy and counselling rooms, available to rent on flexible terms for complementary therapy practitioners.
Our current practitioners provide:

👨‍👩‍👧 Child Behavioural Counselling

who is a qualified Social Worker & Person-Centred Counsellor with 31+ years’ experience supporting children, adults, and families.

Parminer uses creative approaches like art, drama, mindfulness, storytelling, and Theraplay® to help with anxiety, trauma, relationships, loss, and more.
