Many of you will have noticed that I have been quieter than usual recently and have had to cancel appointments and step back from my Reiki posting on here

As a family, we have recently received the shocking news that my husband, Simon, has been diagnosed with renal cancer, along with some complications related to this. We are currently waiting for a date for his operation at Cardiff Hospital.

This has understandably been a very difficult and emotional time for us all. While we are still coming to terms with the diagnosis, we are choosing to remain positive, take each day as it comes, and focus on the road ahead.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has reached out with messages, healing thoughts, and support. Your kindness has meant so much to us and has helped us through some very challenging days.

Please bear with me as my focus remains on supporting Simon and my family during this time. I appreciate your patience and understanding more than words can express.

To all of my wonderful and loyal clients, and watchers and supporters on here.

I want to sincerely apologise once again for having to cancel some of my Reiki sessions recently.

I am currently supporting and caring for a close family member who is unwell. This has meant that my time and attention have needed to be focused on them .

Family has to be my priority at the moment, and while cancelling appointments is never something I do lightly, I hope you can understand why I have had to make these decisions.

I am incredibly grateful for the kindness, patience, understanding, and support that so many of you have shown me. Your messages, well wishes, and flexibility have meant more than you could possibly know.

Running MagnoliaReiki with Lisa is something I am deeply passionate about, and I truly value every single one of you.

I look forward to welcoming you back to the treatment room as soon as I can and continuing to support you on your own healing journeys.

Life doesn't always go the way we planned. There are times when challenges feel overwhelming, emotions run high, and the path ahead seems uncertain.

Positive thinking isn't about pretending everything is perfect or ignoring difficult feelings. It's about choosing to look for the light, even when things feel dark. It's believing that better days are possible, even if you can't see them yet.

Hope gives us the strength to keep moving forward one step at a time. It reminds us that storms don't last forever and that healing, growth, and brighter moments can emerge from life's most difficult seasons.

When things feel heavy, be gentle with yourself. Celebrate the small victories, focus on what you can control, and allow yourself moments of peace and self-care.

Through Reiki, meditation, and quiet reflection, we can reconnect with our inner strength and find balance amidst life's challenges.

Today, I invite you to choose hope.

💗 Choose to believe that brighter days are ahead.

During challenging times, it's so important to remember to care for ourselves while caring for others.

As many of you know, I am currently supporting an unwell family member. While my focus is naturally on being there for them, I am also making sure I take time to nurture my own wellbeing.

My crystals, copper spiral, chakra balancing practices, and self-Reiki treatments have become a beautiful source of comfort and support. They help me stay grounded, balanced, and connected, allowing me to maintain my energy and emotional wellbeing during this time.

The gentle energy of Reiki reminds me to pause, breathe, and restore my inner harmony, while my crystals help bring a sense of calm, strength, and positivity when I need it most.

Self-care isn't selfish it's essential. By keeping our own energy balanced, we're better able to support those we love and continue showing up for others with compassion and care.

Sending love, light, and healing energy to everyone who may be facing challenges of their own right now. 💜
