Wow… what a difference! So so pleased with these results 👏🏻 👏🏻

This lovely client has completed a course of nine weekly Lipofirm treatments on her abdomen, and the results are amazing.

You can really see the improvement in the appearance of the skin, with the tummy looking firmer, smoother and more contoured. Lipofirm is a brilliant treatment for targeting areas of concern while helping to tighten and tone the skin and consistency really is key.

Elegant Touch Beauty is looking for a Client Experience & Retention Coordinator to join our team.

This is a brand new position within our front of house team, created to focus on each client’s complete journey with us, from their first enquiry and arrival at the salon through to rebooking and aftercare following their treatment.

You’ll help ensure every client feels genuinely welcomed, completely looked after and cared for beyond their appointment. This may include checking in with clients after treatments, following up on their experience and helping them plan their next visit.

We’re an award-winning salon based at Mercia Marina, and we’re looking for someone who loves working with people, is confident on the phone, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

We offer a competitive salary, plus a monthly bonus linked to your individual results. Full training will be provided.
