The power of pause -
An extended Yin practice inviting you to slow down and cultivate space and soften inwards.
In the vibrant energy of Summer Solstice, we will pause, turn inwards, soften areas of tension, allow for conscious rest and give the nervous system space to recalibrate.

This will be a grounding practice with long steady holds.
Time for you to reconnect to your body, your breath, and the simple power of pause.

Perfect for you if you feel like you're always on the go and always doing.
Pause, turn inwards and connect to the inner light within.

All levels are welcome.
