Most people overestimate what they can do in a week and underestimate what they can do in a year.

Above is the journey from a real client, let’s call her Jackie. Jackie has consistently worked hard for 1.5+ years and truly transformed her health, physique & confidence.

When I ran the numbers on her 76 pound weight loss progress I was actually shocked to see she’s “only” lost 4 pounds per month on average.

If you have tried to lose weight before, no one would say losing 4 pounds in 1 month is an extreme feat.

But doing that on average for 19 months is the magic.

An expression we drill into our clients heads is “Consistency over intensity.”

The truth is, you are not going to get that much closer to your goal this week or even this month. If you want to achieve something big it’s going to make many months stacked upon each other.

Our coaching business has never been in the business of quick fixes. We are in the business of long-term life changing results.

Are peptides a miracle? Or is the fitness industry selling you another shortcut for the 100th time?

Peptides are being marketed like a cheat code for muscle growth, fat loss & recovery, but most of the “evidence” is based on mice studies and anecdotes from people with a financial incentive to sell you something.

You’re basically injecting an unregulated research chemical and hoping for the best.

Biological plausibility ≠ proven benefit.

For example, just because a substance increases growth hormone does not automatically mean it’ll lead to muscle growth. The human body is complex, that’s why we need to see human studies showing benefits to actual outcomes, not just hypotheticals.
