This summer, we’re excited to welcome participants from the MPLOY Youth Summer Experience. Over the next several weeks, they’ll gain hands-on work experience while learning more about the important work that goes into supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

We’re proud to invest in the next generation and look forward to helping these talented young people grow, learn, and make a difference alongside our team. 💜

Last month, our Chattanooga community showed up and showed out at the Special Olympics 💜🏅

OAC clients competed with determination, confidence and heart while being cheered on by staff, families and friends every step of the way.

We are proud to celebrate our athletes who brought home both first and second place finishes 🎉 Their hard work, dedication and sportsmanship made the entire OAC family proud.

Moments like these remind us of the power of inclusion, encouragement and creating spaces where individuals of all abilities can shine.

We are still smiling from all the fun at Ms. Geraldine’s “Boots on the Ground” birthday celebration last month in our Memphis community 🤠

Clients and staff came together for a day filled with laughter, dancing, music and unforgettable memories as we celebrated someone so special to the OAC family. And of course, “Boots on the Ground” was on repeat all day long.

The energy, the outfits and the joy in the room made it a celebration to remember.

Help us wish Ms. Geraldine a very happy belated birthday 🎉💜 We are so grateful for the smiles and love she brings to our community each day.
