Due to a planned power outage by Entergy in Cabot starting at 6 PM today, AR Refresh Wellness Cabot location will be closing early this evening as we will not have power after 6 PM.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but this situation is unfortunately out of our hands.

Our Sherwood location will remain OPEN today until 7 PM for anyone still wanting to get in a recovery session, cryotherapy, sauna, compression, or contrast therapy session this evening.

This Memorial Day, AR Refresh Wellness will be CLOSED on Monday, May 25th as we pause to honor and remember the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. ❤️

Memorial Day is more than just a long weekend — it is a time to reflect on the courage, service, and lives given so we can enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted each day. Today we remember those soldiers, families, and loved ones who gave everything for America. 🇺🇸

We will be OPEN regular hours on Saturday, May 23rd, so come see us before the holiday weekend to relax, recover, and refresh your body and mind.
