Just a quick holiday reminder!

We will be CLOSED Saturday, September 5th AND Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

We’re giving our hardworking staff some well-deserved time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the holiday weekend with their families. ❤️

We appreciate our team so much and everything they do to take care of our customers. They deserve some time to enjoy the holiday, too!

Tatum, I want you to know how incredibly proud April and I are of you. Watching you grow, work hard, chase your goals, and accomplish so much has been such a blessing. You have become so much more than just a student to us—you are truly part of our Refresh Wellness family. ❤️

Hello, perimenopause. 👋

This is what it’s all about. ❤️

We talk so much about what athletes do on the field, but stories like this show that the impact they can have off the field is so much bigger.

Quincy Rhodes Jr. didn’t just send a young Razorback fan a jersey. He took the time to personally show up, bring school supplies, Razorback gear and some special surprises, and give this young fan something he’ll never forget.

That’s bigger than football. That’s character. That’s leadership. That’s being a role model.

We love how Quincy became part of the AR Refresh family, and not only Quincy, but his family as well. We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know them, and we couldn’t be more proud of him.

We know Quincy is going to have an outstanding season, and we’ll be cheering him on every step of the way! We’re proud to have him as part of the Refresh family and excited to see what this season brings.

As a business that believes so strongly in supporting student athletes and our community, this is the kind of story we love seeing. Proud to see a Razorback using his platform to make a real difference.
