We are honored to announce that the Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration has selected Unity Health for Year 1 funding under the PACT initiative of the Arkansas Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) for three programs.

BRIDGE: Breast Resources, Imaging, Diagnosis & Guidance for Early Detection - $839,314

CICAP: Critical Infrastructure for Care Access Project - $600,000

WELL - Wellness, Engagement, Long-Term Health, and Local Access - $466,182

Unity Health is grateful for the opportunity to improve these programs in our health system with the assistance of these grants.

Dr. Siraj is an Interventional Cardiologist and will be treating patients with general cardiac conditions such as heart disease, heart failure and arrhythmias. He also specializes in complex coronary disease and peripheral vascular disease. Dr. Siraj is excited to be in Searcy providing compassionate, high-quality care for our patients.

Unity Health in Searcy recently hosted a ribbon cutting and held facility tours to introduce a new Adolescent Recovery & Wellness program. This will be a residential substance use disorder (SUD) treatment program for youth ages 12–17 available to students across the state.

The program is scheduled to open later this month at Unity Health – Specialty Care, located at 1200 South Main Street in Searcy.

The program will provide care for adolescents experiencing substance use disorders. It is designed for youth who require a structured environment with24-hour supervision, it will help adolescents towards achieving recovery and developing healthy coping skills.

The 24-bed secure unit offers separate accommodations for male and female patients, with an anticipated length of stay of four to six weeks.
