Bitter sweet moment. Because empowering our youth is one of the main reasons we also exist. So the idea of Loft like a girl isn’t dead it’ll just be moved to a smaller one day workshop style later on the year.

Your personal trainer is teaching you something way more important than just how to workout and what to eat.

A deep connection and trust to yourself by showing up. A level of 1:1 commitment that doesn’t exist in any other setup.

At first it’s a 1:1 - well she’s showing up for me so I’ll show up for her. A mutual exchange, but with enough consistency and practice that turns into trusting that you will show up for yourself and your body and that’s the point of the initial investment.

To finally practice enough to keep a promise to yourself and then once that muscle is strong enough you can test it out in small group classes and then eventually to on demand and then to solo.

It’s an investment into the long term relationship with yourself MORE THAN ANYTHING ELSE!

Can I tell you something I talk about all the time at the studio?

Think about a baby.

A baby has no concept of time.

They don’t know when breakfast is.
They don’t know when lunch is.
They don’t know when dinner is.

All they know is that when they’re hungry, somebody they trust is going to bring them food.

And over time, they begin to learn.

Their little bodies start recognizing patterns.

Food comes.
They feel safe.
Their bodies relax.
Their systems start working the way they’re supposed to.

Now hear me out...

As grown women, we like to think we’ve outgrown that.

But your body still works the same way.

Your hormones.
Your metabolism.
Your digestion.
Your hunger signals.
Your sleep.

They’re all looking for patterns.

They’re all trying to figure out:

“When is food coming?”

But most women are sending mixed signals all day long.

Skip breakfast.
Grab lunch whenever there’s time.
Eat dinner at a different hour every night.

Then wonder why they’re exhausted, craving sugar, waking up at 3 AM, and feeling like their body is working against them.

The truth?

OK, I got excited at the end of a session and made a story saying that I was gonna offer free classes all of Memorial Day Week, celebrate Women And To Create a massive Party around May 30. Kickoff date for our Summer Reignite program.

So if you have been checking us out for a while, and I’ve been wondering what the differences are doing semi private classes with Women only or if you’ve been curious about joining one of our programs. This is your opportunity, guilt free. No pressure come in and enjoy being guided.

Hi friend,

My name is Amanda Matos, I am the CEO of Strongselves Studio for women and tonight I wanted to talk to our followers. Because we are all women and I need you to hear this about the fitness industry, so that you understand the unique and new pathway Strongselves is trying to make within an industry that was built traditionally for men and has told you for years that you need to change your body to fit a mold they chose for us.

This week I found myself reflecting on a question we get often: "Why don’t you offer individual personal training sessions?"

And the honest answer is: NO- Because it wouldn’t truly serve you.

Yes—it would be cheaper.

Yes—it would probably be easier to sell.

But StrongSelves was never built to sell women another workout. Those are dime a dozen, you've probably gotten a bunch of ads for them just today.

Because let’s be honest… Most of us have already tried the workout thing.

We’ve downloaded the plans. Joined the gyms. Bought the challenges. Started the diet on "Monday".

Promised ourselves "this time would be different."

And yet here so many women still are— exhausted, stressed, inflamed, uncomfortable in their own skin, avoiding mirrors, feeling disconnected from their bodies and left wondering why what used to work doesn’t anymore.

Especially after 35.

When hormones shift. Stress compounds. Sleep gets disrupted. Cortisol stays high. Digestion changes. Confidence quietly dies and your body is no longer responding to isolated solutions.

Because YOU ARE A WHOLE WOMAN.

And whole women do not heal in pieces.

This is exactly why we coach for Health-Esteem= the relationship between how your body functions… and how you feel living inside of it.

We are complicated interconnected systems.

Body. Mind. Hormones. Stress response. Gut health. Strength. Identity. Confidence. Recovery. Self-worth.

Separate them, and you get temporary effort and temporary results.

Integrate them, and you create beautiful lifestyle transformations.

That’s why at StrongSelves we don’t sell workouts.

We build women back up. We ignite their light again. We help them truly see themselves for the powerful, strong, soft, amazing, unique humans they are.
