My beloved frequencies here to lift you higher 🌀🌻🌿

🍃🌀why are you still drinking plain water when you could be sipping on a refreshing, mineral-rich vibrancy booster? 🍃🌀 elevate your overal frequency with every sip of Green aphrodisiac. Best part, it’s a grab, strain, and go brew 🤟🏽🩵

🌿Nettle is the star of the show offering minerals that help lay a strong foundation, build the blood and fight fatigue. Known ans one of nature’s most potent ‘multivitamins.’ Especially noted for its ability to boost iron, calcium and magnesium. It floods the body with mineral-packed cell food and oxygen. Offering ultimate protection.

🪴Spearmint helps to relax your nervous system and gut, both play a major role in creating a healthy metabolism and nutrient absorption. Known to bring calmness and clarity. Dandelion Leaf jumps in to flush mental & physical buildup, especially in the liver and kidneys. Deeply hydrations while clearing metabolic waste and water retention with every glass. Known to encourage release, manifestation, and transformation.

🌾Horsetail is the collagen and bone doctor, it contains one of the highest concentrations of silica. silica is a foundation builder as it naturally boosts collagen production for healthy + strong joints, hair, skin, and nails. Traditionally used to heal broken bones. Offers structure and longevity.

🍊Orange peel rounds out the blend with beams of sunshine. The aura and vibrance booster complete with a kick of vitamin C. Vitamin C links to the iron in Nettle for optimal absorption. The orange peel washes away any stagnant energy to make room for increased creativity + energy.

🌱🐍~Green Aphrodisiac~🌱🐍 is a foundation-building and mineral-focused herbal tea blend that aligns you with your highest, most vibrant self. I have hand-selected and combined five potent botanicals that work together to clear stagnant energy from both the mind and body while boosting your physical and mental vitality to new heights. These botanicals don’t only taste shockingly delicious together, each works synergistically with one another to unlock and multiply each other’s benefits.

🌀THE SYNERGY🌀
Spearmint allows your body to relax and allow for healthy digestion and absorption. Dandelion leaf prepares the enzyme juices need to crack open the tough minerals matrices that make up nettle & horsetail. Orange peel helps unlock and absorb the iron supplied by nettle. The silica in the horsetail directs the calcium and magnesium in nettle to our bones and teeth, preventing it from being wasted calcifying in soft tissue or blood vessels.

🌀BENEFITS🌀

•replenish iron levels

•antihistamine!!

•boosts calcium & magnesium

•strengthens hair & nails

•balances + neutralizes unhealthy amounts metabolic acids

•boost bone density

•improves joint health

•boosts healthy liver enzymes

•soothes digestive tract

•eases painful bloating

•cuts water retention

•boosts skin elasticity and the production of collagen

•boosts the absorption of iron

•protects kidneys

My method, your home 🏠 🤟🏽 grab our dried sea moss online today and put my tried and true method to work. The best part of making your gels at home is having your daily sea moss becomes much more affordable and this ups the access. My hope is this will urge each of you to share more with your families, elders, or any of your loved ones. Spreading prevention and healong is truly the deepest form of love!

For the cost of one bag of dry sea moss you will yield 4-6 16oz jars depending on your preference. More for you and more to share.
I’ve spend years of perfecting this simple but effective recipe. I commonly hear people have trouble removing the ‘ocean’ flavor when they make gels at home but that won’t be a problem here!

Additional tips: if you were only making one jar at a time, I suggest using a smaller blender, when there’s less surface area, it’s harder to blend up into a smooth gel.
Or you could opt to make a full blenders worth to cut back on labor, you can freeze jars for 3 to 6 months.

A vitamix is the absolute best blender for a smooth gel but most any will do.

Feel free to reach out with any questions. Head to our website today to grab HERTZ WELLNESS DRY SEA MOSS. Straight from the pristine Waters of St. Lucia. Sustainably sourced. Sun dried & NEVER pool grown 💌🤟🏽

Boosts are on the way 👀
