I took it all to the Ocean.
Mother Nature Gods creation always has a way of holding their daughters.
Every weight I had been carrying for all the women in my bloodline so that those who are coming after me don’t
Every question I didn’t have answers to,
Every piece of grief, fear, doubt, and “what if” i might have been holding onto I laid down at the water’s edge.

Released.
Surrendered.
Called in what my soul has been quietly craving..then surrendered some more.

Because surrender isn’t a one-time thing.
It’s a practice.
A returning.
A remembering that I don’t have to hold everything on my own.
That it is safe to let it go.
Surrounded by a circle of women,
each of us bringing our own stories, our own prayers, our own healing…
there was something sacred about witnessing each other let go.
No masks. No rushing. Just presence.
The ocean held us.
Received it all without question.
Transmuted what we were ready to release.
This happened in August…
and I’m still feeling the ripple.
Still seeing the shifts.
Still walking in the prayers I whispered into the waves.
Still being reminded that when you truly let go,
life has space to meet you in ways you couldn’t have planned.

Some releases don’t end at the shoreline…
they echo into your becoming. 🌊✨

One of the biggest misconceptions about womb healing that I do is that it’s only for fertility or postpartum.

It’s not.

This work is for every woman with a womb,
in every stage of life.

Yes, even you:
🌹 Perimenopausal
🌹 Menopausal
🌹 Post-hysterectomy because even without a uterus, there is still a womb space and energy there

Because what I see in sessions, is that there is always something waiting to be acknowledged, released, and healed.

Many women are carrying:
❤️‍🩹 Unprocessed trauma
❤️‍🩹 Grief + loss
❤️‍🩹 Shame + guilt
❤️‍🩹 Mother/father wounds
❤️‍🩹 A silenced voice
❤️‍🩹 A disconnected sense of self

And sometimes, it shows up as:
“I have all these ideas, but I can’t execute.”
“I feel stuck.”
“I don’t feel like myself anymore.”

That’s not random.
That’s stored.

And the truth of it is.
Many don’t make time for it
Many don’t think anything is wrong (until there is)

Many are simply high functioning

And delaying healing can be high price to pay.

The last couple of weeks, I’ve been holding space for women walking through womb healing and fertility journeys… and if I’m not at my altar, this is where I go to ground myself, to release, to lay it all down.
A few days ago, I spoke with a potential client. Within 30 minutes, she broke down and said, “Cathy… how are we here already? How did we get this deep?”
And the truth is… before we even begin working together, the work has already started.

God. Spirit. Ancestors.
They are already moving on your behalf.
Sometimes what’s been buried comes up immediately.
Not to overwhelm you but because you’re finally in a space where it’s safe to be seen.
I pray for my clients past, present, and the ones I haven’t met yet.
The ones watching quietly. The ones waiting for the “right time.”The ones who feel the pull but are scared… hurting or unsure if they’re ready.
I see you.
This work can be heavy but it is also sacred. And it is an honor to hold space, to bring clarity, to offer guidance and walk alongside you on your healing journey.

Trust the timing

Even if you feel like you’re late.
Even if it’s been sitting on your heart for months…or years.

Divine timing is important.

You have to be ready for the journey, and readiness doesn’t come from pressure, it comes from alignment.
Yesterday, during a consultation, a client shared that she’s been meaning to reach out to me since 2021 about womb healing work and that she had wanted to start on her fertility journey and hire me to guide her through the process.

And what’s so powerful about that…is that was before I fully stepped into this work the way I do now.
So I told her, don’t beat yourself up for not coming sooner.
Because truthfully, I don’t even know what version of me you would’ve received back then.
She wouldn’t have gotten this version.
The discerning version.
The fully aligned, fully committed version.
I was still becoming. Still questioning. Still stepping into my own womb wisdom.

And now?

She’s getting exactly who she needs for this chapter of her womb healing and fertility journey.
That’s what divine timing looks like.

Nothing was missed. Nothing was delayed.
It all aligned exactly as it needed to.

I’m so deeply honored to hold this work.
To witness these moments.
To be trusted in such sacred journeys.
The alignment of it all, truly leaves me without words.

You cannot pour into others while carrying what isn’t yours.

When you hold space for trauma, grief, and transformation..
you’re also absorbing energy.

And if you don’t release it, it will show up as:
mental fog, burnout, irritability, and deep exhaustion or worst.

That’s why spiritual hygiene is not a luxury, it’s maintenance.

For me, that looks like lave tèt (head cleansing) and foot washing, to clear, ground, and protect my energy.
Because when someone comes to you heavy and leaves lighter..
that weight doesn’t just disappear.
Don’t become the container for what you’re meant to help release.
Protect your vessel.
Cleanse your spirit.

May your steps be light.
