You can’t build a relationship with your womb only when something feels wrong.

Womb care is a practice.

Getting a womb massage once in a while, steaming whenever you happen to remember, and then going months without intentionally connecting with your body can make every session feel like you’re beginning again.

Because the deeper work isn’t only in the massage.

It isn’t only in the herbs.

It’s in the CONSISTENCY.

It’s creating enough quiet to notice your body.

How does my womb feel today?
What am I experiencing during my cycle?
Where am I holding tension?
What emotions have been coming up?
What does my body need from me right now?

When womb massage, steaming, breathwork, journaling, rest, movement, and intentional touch become part of a regular womb-care routine, you begin developing something even more important:

relationship with your body.

You begin recognizing your patterns.
You become more familiar with your cycle.
You notice changes sooner.
You learn what brings you comfort.
You create intentional moments to slow down and listen.

That is why I don’t want women to think of womb care as something you squeeze into your schedule when you finally have time.

Put yourself on the schedule.

Even if your practice is simple.

🌹 Warm your Womb Love Oil and massage your lower abdomen.
🌿 Create an intentional steaming practice when appropriate for your body.
🫶🏾 Place your hands over your womb and breathe.
📓 Journal about what you’re noticing physically and emotionally.
💧 Hydrate, rest and pay attention to your cycle.

You don’t have to do everything every day.

But you do have to keep showing up for yourself.

Consistency turns womb care from an occasional service into a relationship with your body.

And maybe the question isn’t, When can I squeeze in another womb massage?

Maybe it’s:

What would change if tending to myself became part of the way I live?

August is World Breastfeeding Month. Recognizing and amplifying advocacy for breastfeeding women!! This week we celebrate Black Breastfeeding Week.

Breastfeeding is more than just nourishment, it is a foundation for lifelong health, bonding, and resilience. For Black mothers, breastfeeding carries an added layer of healing and reclaiming power because it strengthens cultural traditions, connects families, and resists systemic barriers that have historically undermined Black maternal health.

Breastfeeding reduces risks of:
🌙Infant illness and death (respiratory infections, SIDS, ear infections)
🌙 Maternal health issues (breast cancer, ovarian cancer, hypertension, type 2 diabetes)
🌙 Postpartum depression, while also improving maternal-infant bonding.
For Black communities, where health disparities remain profound, breastfeeding can be a form of health justice and legacy building.

✊🏾 Why It Matters
Black Breastfeeding Week exists to close the gap and create safe, culturally relevant spaces where Black mothers are supported, celebrated, and reminded:
💓You are not alone.
💓Your milk is powerful medicine.
💓Your body was made for this.
It’s about normalizing breastfeeding in Black culture, dismantling barriers, and ensuring Black babies have the healthiest start in life.

My rocky start, mentally quitting everyday with Aria turned into almost 4yr bf journey! it’s what spearheaded me becoming a breastfeeding advocate and getting trained to support other moms on their journey as well. Teaching them the importance, life long benefits and debunking all the myths around breastfeeding your baby.

As a 3x extended breastfeeding mother, I knew early on how important it was to become an advocate. I grew up not seeing anyone in my family breastfeed, and that absence reminded me just how necessary it is to normalize this journey for others. To speak life into mothers who may feel alone. To tell the hard truths about the challenges, but also to show the beauty and power of it. Because every time a Black woman chooses to breastfeed, she is breaking cycles, reclaiming legacy, and nurturing generations to come 🤱🏾

Your womb deserves to be tended to, too. 🌹

That’s why I created a womb oil as an invitation to pause, slow down and intentionally reconnect with your womb.

This blend is especially beautiful for womb massage and intentional womb-care routines whether you’re moving through your cycle, preparing for conception, postpartum, processing an experience held in the womb space, or simply desiring a deeper relationship with your body.

🪷 Pair with breathwork or womb meditation
🪷 Use during your self-care or womb-care routine
🪷 Allow touch to become a practice of listening

Sometimes womb work isn’t about “fixing” anything.

Sometimes it’s simply placing your hands over your womb and asking:

What are you holding?
What do you need?
What are you ready to release?

Our Womb Love Oil is handcrafted with intention as part of the womb-centered offerings at WhollyandHealed.com

🌹 Your womb is worthy of tenderness.

I watched women soften, shed tears of joy, finally grieve, re member themselves, peel back layers of wounds.

A month later and the surrender is still unfolding. 🌊

It has officially been one month since we gathered for The Sweet Surrender: A Returning to Self.

And what stays with me most isn’t just what happened in the room.

It’s what happened after.

The messages.
The realizations.
The shifts.
The testimonials women have shared about what they released, remembered, confronted, and carried home with them.

Because healing doesn’t end when the circle closes.

Sometimes the experience simply opens the door and you continue meeting yourself on the other side of it.

Reading the reviews that have been shared on WhollyandHealed.com has reminded me why I was called to create this space in the first place.

The Sweet Surrender was never created to be another wellness event.

And I’m not interested in convincing you that you need to come!

I’m sharing what became possible when a room full of women gave themselves permission to stop holding everything together long enough to be held themselves.

To sit with their wombs.
To witness their stories.
To release.
To grieve.
To soften.
To remember.
To return.

And this October, we gather again. 🌊🔥

The Sweet Surrender: Womb Healing Circle & Ceremony.

We’ll return to some of the work we began in July while going deeper into the places we didn’t have enough time to explore including inner child healing, the stories our bodies have carried, and what it means to truly come home to ourselves.

If you were there in July, there is more.

If you felt something watching from afar, perhaps this is your invitation.

You don’t have to be falling apart to desire healing.
You don’t need to have the perfect words for what you’re carrying.

Sometimes you simply know:

I’m ready to put something down.

Read the women’s experiences for yourself in their words on WhollyandHealed.com.

And when you’re ready…

Come surrender with us. 🩷🌊🧡 there is a mat here for YOU!

Sound Bath Medicine for that….🍑

I love all the sound bath videos 😆😂 they are hilarious. But have you’ve ever experienced it in person. I host private + group sessions and they loooove it. Chilllde some clients i feel so bad cause I have to tap them to wake up. When they do they wake up feeling rested and calm. I started playing for my pregnant clients who suffered from extreme anxiety and it allowed their nervous systems to regulate and sit in the present moment something that they’ve struggled with their entire lives because of trauma. It works wonders…have you traveling to different dimensions 🌀

Love these babies because they have become a dose of medicine for so many.

Keep the sound bath healing videos coming I love a good kiki…

Have you ever experienced sound baths before if so share your thoughts below
