The older I get, the more I realize that what I value in friendship has changed. 🤍

It used to be about who was around, who invited you out, and who you had the most fun with.

And don’t get me wrong, fun still matters. 😂 But now, the things that matter most feel a little different.

Who feels safe.

Who genuinely celebrates your growth.

Who respects your boundaries.

Who shows up, not because they have to, but because they care.

As we grow, I think we start to understand that good friendships aren’t always about having the most people around you.

Never a dull moment with the people in our lives. 😂🤍💃

Cortney and I had so much fun celebrating with everyone. There was lots of laughter, dancing, and the kind of moments that make you stop and think, wow, we have some pretty amazing people around us.

It was such a great night with the best people, and we’re so grateful to everyone who came and made it so special. 🥹🥂

We recently got a Little Free Library at our neighborhood park, and it makes me so happy to see something so simple creating another reason for people to connect.

I love the ways our community continues to find little opportunities to engage with each other—whether it’s sharing a book, stopping for a conversation, spending time at the park, or simply creating spaces where people can feel connected.

It’s these little things that make a neighborhood feel like a community. 📚✨

So grateful to be part of a place that values connection, kindness, and simply being there for one another. 🤍
