✨ Wisdom I Used to Ignore But Now Swear By ✨

I used to think I could just jump into my day.

Coffee. Work. Go.

Now? Not a chance. 😆

I've learned that how I begin my morning shapes everything that follows.

For me, that means:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga or Qigong
🌬️ Focused breathwork
✨ Meditation
💜 Calling in my spirit team, ancestors, Reiki Masters, and the spirit of the mushrooms
🌟 A few affirmations
🙏 Coming fully into the present moment

It's not about perfection.

It's about creating a space between waking up and the world rushing in.

I've found that when I take even a little time to center myself, I feel calmer, more intuitive, more grounded, and far less likely to let the chaos of the day run the show.

Funny enough, the wisdom I once ignored has become one of the most important parts of my practice.

Quick little update for my beautiful soul beings ✨

There are only 4 spots left for Yoga & Sound on Saturday, May 30th from 4–6 PM.
A cozy evening of restorative yoga, nervous system reset, breath, stillness, and sound immersion. 💜
