From gentle relaxation in chairs to becoming confidently mounted.

These photos tell the story of each horse’s journey. When they first arrived, they were tense, anxious, and very bouncy under saddle. We began with a seated Reiki session to help them settle and soften, before moving into a further ridden session shown here, where you can really see the difference in their energy, relaxation, and connection. 🐴

As we approach the Summer Solstice, nature is at its fullest expression. The days are long, the energy is high, and everything around us is growing, thriving and reaching towards the light.

This is a wonderful time to pause, reconnect and ask yourself what you would like to cultivate in your own life.

Join us this Sunday, 14th June, for two unique horse-led experiences designed to help you tap into the expansive energy of the season.

🌿 1pm – Horse-Led Healing
No horse required.

Spend time with Dee, Jimmy and Alfie as they guide you into a space of calm, reflection and connection. Through Reiki, presence and the wisdom of the horses, you’ll be invited to slow down, release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your own inner knowing.

🌿 3pm – Equine Partnerships
Bring your own horse.

A beautiful opportunity to deepen your relationship with your horse, explore communication beyond words and discover what becomes possible when partnership is built through trust, presence and mutual understanding.

The Summer Solstice reminds us that life is not only about achievement. It is also about joy, play, connection and celebrating how far we have come.

From ground work to the saddle.

Every step taken is a step closer to a stronger horse and rider connection. 🐴

Working on simple exercises like the above straight after receiving a harmony Reiki session connects the hearts and opens our human heart to deeper learning. It helps us gently move through resistance, maturing to where deeper processing can occur. Meaning the practice will stay with you a lot longer. And be more meaningful.

Horses don’t force healing, they receive it. It’s a natural part of life to them.
The yawns, soft muzzles, deep breaths, relaxed positions, and quiet stillness are their way of releasing, processing, and trusting the energy. ✨🐴

I’m sure you have spotted Jimmy on a few of my posts. Here’s a little snippet of his life so far, so you can get to know him.

From him arriving as a foal and all the milestones in between. Jimmy is only four years old now and we are just beginning to explore our ridden journey together. We’re so proud of how far Jimmy has come. He is so curious and always keen to participate in whatever we are doing. ❤️‍🔥

From the moment beautiful Dave stepped into the arena, he dropped straight into a deeply relaxed state during his recent Reiki session. Having visited just once before with his owner Lisa, Dave clearly remembered the Reiki energy and seemed to know exactly what to do. We were regularly amused by the way he moved in and out of this meditative state and then fully engaged with the connection play, He clearly enjoyed the whole experience. It is such a wonderful pleasure to be a part of these transformational sessions.

Bathed in sacred sunlight, My recent Reiki session with the horses felt like a quiet blessing from the universe.
 As the light poured into the space, it carried warmth, renewal, and a deep sense of harmony between earth and spirit. With the Summer Solstice approaching, the energy feels like a gentle awakening guiding us towards balance, growth, and inner peace.

Healing was flowing softly and the soul remembers it’s light.

It softens the system, deepens awareness, and brings you back into relationship, with yourself and with your horse.

Meeting the moment without armour or expectation, and seeing what becomes possible.

Often, the smallest shifts create the deepest change.

Some truly special moments between Nicola, her son, and Dee from a recent Harmony Through Horses session.

Dee, in her own way, offered the quiet reassurance she carries so naturally, resting her head gently on Nicola’s shoulder in deep repose.

Her steady presence offered a feeling of comfort that goes beyond words.

Afterwards, Nicola shared that she left feeling calmer, more held and with a sense that things are okay.

And for her son, something lighter emerged.
A return of ease, of joy… even finding himself singing again, which hadn’t happened for quite some time.

These are the harmonious moments horses bring into our lives.

When animals heal, they often move into a deep, trance-like state.
Dee shows us how to access that same space within ourselves…
a place where the nervous system softens, and we tap into our own healing power.
