This story showed a gentle transformation from ridden work to liberty. It was an unusual session and completely unplanned but the horses and the energies guided and informed the process. We continue to work on healthy boundaries, including the compassionate ‘no’ and heartfelt ‘yes’.🐴

🌍 World Peace Card Meditation 🌍

You are warmly invited to join thousands of people around the world for the next World Peace Card Meditation.

This unique meditation follows the Earth’s time zones. As each country reaches 7:30pm, people pause to meditate for peace, creating a continuous wave of loving intention that circles the planet for 24 hours.

Many participants have shared beautiful experiences of deep peace, golden light surrounding the Earth, and a growing sense of hope, unity and trust. Whether these experiences are symbolic, personal or spiritual, they remind us of the power of coming together with a shared intention.

If you have a World Peace Card, simply hold it in your hands or place it in front of you and meditate on peace for around 15 minutes (or longer if you wish). If you don’t have a card, you’re still welcome to sit quietly with the intention of peace in your heart.

Every peaceful thought matters.
Every compassionate heart makes a difference.
Together we create a ripple of love that reaches far beyond ourselves.

A new chapter quietly began… 🐴✨

Sometimes the most profound shifts are the ones we don’t plan.

This Lughnasadh, the horses invited us into a different way of working. Instead of travelling to a venue, we gathered at home for their Horse Led Healing Session, allowing them to remain in the comfort of their own surroundings.

As I opened the Reiki space, Dee walked straight to me, meeting me third eye to third eye and heart to heart. In that moment, it felt as though we silently agreed the healing that was about to unfold.

From there, the horses took the lead.

One by one, they stepped into position, each working with different aspects of the client’s energy. Whilst I gently drummed and conducted my Reiki session, I could sense their extraordinary willingness to serve, guided by their own wisdom.

As the session came to a close, we drew the Eagle oracle card. At that exact moment, a magnificent kite soared overhead, circling above us as if Spirit itself was acknowledging the work we had shared.

Lughnasadh is the festival of the first harvest. It is a time to recognise what has quietly ripened and become ready to emerge.

On Sunday, it felt as though the horses were showing us the beginning of something entirely new.

Everyone who attends an Equine Partnership session with their own horse will receive a Reiki Riding Journal.

This journal is a space to reflect on your session, note down key insights, and record anything you’d like to continue working on. It’s a wonderful way to document your healing journey, track your progress, and look back on how far you and your horse have come together.🐴
