Final Day Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Class, Wisconsin✨

Today not only did I complete this Reiki Master Class with Kathy for all the students, I also completed my Licensed Reiki Master Teacher (LRMT) training at Reiki Master Level 🙏✨

What a beautiful way to close the day. It has been an absolute pleasure to put my teaching into practice with this wonderful class, while continuing to learn so much from Kathy in such a beautiful setting here in Wisconsin. 🇺🇸❤️

I’ve received some truly beautiful feedback from the class, which means so much to me. And, as always, this journey continues to teach me to grow, to heal and to learn.

A huge thank you to Kathy for your beautiful mentorship, guidance and generosity, and to the International Center for Reiki Training for creating and providing this wonderful programme.

Day Two — Wisconsin, USA 🇺🇸 ✨

Our Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master class with Kathy Milowski and Helen Craven is now fully into swing! 💫

Today was such a beautiful blend of learning, connection and experience with Reiki Movement Medicine, crystal grids, exploring the ICRT and talking about the LRMT programme, alongside a deeply beautiful Holy Fire® experience at Atzalan Sacred Park, original home to the Mississippi people. 🌿🔥

What a stunning day. The energy, the land, the people and the Reiki… I am totally in love. ❤️

✨ Hello from Wisconsin! 🇺🇸✨

I finally made it here to Wisconsin, where I’m continuing my LRMT programme with the International Center for Reiki Training.

I’m here for my co-teach as I work towards becoming a Licensed Reiki Master Teacher, teaching at the Usui Holy Fire® III Reiki Master level. It’s such a special part of the journey, and I’m feeling very grateful to be here with my mentor,

NEXT DARTMOOR REIKI CLASS & SACRED SITE TOUR ✨
🐾 ICRT Animal Reiki | 4th–6th October 2026 🌿

I’m delighted to be returning to the beautiful landscape of Dartmoor for another very special Reiki experience.

This three-day journey brings together ICRT Animal Reiki training, sacred sites, ancient landscapes and our connection with the animals who call Dartmoor home. 🐴🐾

We’ll spend time exploring the moor, connecting with its ancient stones and sacred places, working with Reiki and animals, and allowing the landscape itself to become part of our learning and experience.

Dartmoor has such a unique energy, wild, ancient and deeply grounding, and I love sharing this beautiful place with people as they deepen their Reiki practice.

Whether you’re drawn to Animal Reiki, have a love of horses and animals, feel called to explore sacred landscapes, or simply want to deepen your connection with Reiki and nature, this promises to be a very special few days. ✨

When Reiki brings paths together… ✨

Luke and I got to meet up in Vermont! 🇺🇸

Luke has completed many Reiki classes and retreats with me, and this journey has already connected us across a few countries and a few different ways of learning.

We first met in the UK 🇬🇧, then continued our Reiki work online while Luke was in Canada 🇨🇦… then back to UK and now, somehow, our paths aligned in the US! 🇺🇸✨

We discovered that we were just 1.5 hours apart in Vermont…so clearly, a meet-up had to happen! 😂

And naturally… as our meet up was brief - an American bagel stop was the perfect option🥯😂🫶🤍

One of the things I love so much about teaching Reiki is the beautiful people I get to meet along the way, and the unexpected connections and synchronicities that unfold.

From the UK 🇬🇧 → Canada 🇨🇦 → UK 🇬🇧 and then Vermont 🇺🇸…

Reiki really does have a way of bringing people together. 🤍✨

Pre-Reiki I & II Class Tour

What a beautiful way to begin our time together. 🌿✨

Before our Reiki I & II Dartmoor class begins, we spent the day out on Dartmoor, connecting with some of its ancient and sacred places.

Walking the old pathways, sitting amongst the stones, spending time in the woodland and simply allowing ourselves to slow down and feel the landscape around us.

There is something very special about beginning a Reiki journey this way …stepping away from everyday life, connecting with the land, with one another and with ourselves before we move into the class.

Lots of laughter, beautiful conversations, quiet moments and, of course, plenty of Dartmoor magic along the way. 💚

Now we are ready for our Usui Holy Fire III Reiki I & II Class tomorrow and the next part of our journey together.

So grateful to be able to share these experiences and these extraordinary places with such a lovely group.
