Once a month, as part of our Friday Night Reset programme, we run a donation-based session with the aim of introducing this incredible practice to as many people as possible.
Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind or “getting it right”. It’s about creating a little space amongst the noise of everyday life. Many people find it helps reduce stress, improve sleep, increase self-awareness and bring a greater sense of calm and clarity.
For some, it becomes a life-changing tool they return to again and again.
If you’ve ever been curious about meditation but weren’t sure where to begin, this is a lovely place to start. 💚
