A night of releasing & healing ✨💃❤️‍🩹

Thank you for all who joined me & RR Mindful Wellness on our collaboration last night to take part in Ecstatic dance & Reiki infused meditation 💃 🧘🏼‍♀️✨
My heart is full 💖

Ecstatic Dance is a conscious * no alcohol or drugs….free form non judgmental movement. Come as you are, dance how you like! Let the beat of the music flow through you.

Helps to regulate your nervous system & boosts your mood making you feel energised.

Promotes healing Relieving pent up emotions caused by trauma, grief, stress, depression & anxiety.

It was a fantastic night & great feed back! & a lot of emotions coming to the surface (which is normal ) it’s all part of the healing process.
Looking forward to the next one ☺️

We’ve got a few spaces left for our amazing wellness evening on Sunday.

A lovely chilled night where you can let go, move freely, lift your mood, release stress, reconnect with yourself and leave feeling energised.

There is no dance experience needed at all, no steps to learn and absolutely no judgement!

We're so excited to be teaming up with Soulistics111 and Michelle will be guiding us through an uplifting taster of ecstatic dance followed by our calming Reiki infused meditation.
