within and around us, and we experience a sense of well being. There are many variations of Reiki, but in essence Reiki treatments can help the body emotionally or spiritually. It is a tradition that is open to any belief system.

The butterfly does not reject the cocoon.

It simply understands that it has fulfilled its purpose.

It was there that it found its strength, grew its wings, and became capable of flight.

Going back would mean leaving behind everything it has become.

The same is true for us.

As we grow, we learn to respect ourselves more deeply.

We begin to set healthier boundaries, recognize what truly matters, and appreciate the person we are becoming.

Little by little, some places, patterns, and relationships no longer make sense.

Not because they have changed.

But because we have.
