Hold on to your hats people… five planets in retrograde and we’ve entered Scorpio season 😂♏️ One planet playing up obviously wasn’t enough! Mercury, Venus, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune are all retrograde, which means they look like they’re moving backwards. In astrology this is when old feelings, people and things we thought we’d dealt with can come back up. Mercury is in Scorpio so think deep chats, overthinking and wanting answers, while Venus retrograde is all about looking at love, money and knowing your worth. Basically everything we’ve been putting off has decided it wants a word 😂👀

Scorpio season is all about things coming to the surface, letting go and coming back stronger. So take a breath before sending that long message or deciding you need a whole new life at 10pm 😂 And as a Scorpio myself… welcome to my season 🦂🖤 I’m getting ready to turn 40 as well, so between that and the planets I think we’d all better buckle up 🤣✨

✨ The 8/8/8 Portal is tomorrow! ✨

If you’re into manifestation, tomorrow is definitely a day to make the most of. The number 8 is all about abundance, success, money, confidence and stepping into your power, so having that energy amplified makes it a great time to set intentions for what you want to bring into your life.

I’ll definitely be writing my manifestations down, visualising them as if they’re already here and spending some time in gratitude. Whether it’s love, financial freedom, better health or a completely new chapter, this is the perfect time to focus on where you’re going instead of where you’ve been.

Remember… the Universe responds to your energy. Dream big, believe it’s already on its way, and don’t be afraid to ask for what you really want.

Who’s manifesting tomorrow? ✨💛

🌕 Tonight’s full moon is officially peak bright, and if you’ve been feeling a bit wired or overwhelmed the last few days, this is why!Tonight is the Full Buck Moon (named after the time of year deer grow new antlers). It is sitting in the sign of Aquarius, which is all about fresh perspectives, breaking out of old ruts, and just being yourself. Full moons always bring heavy emotions to the surface, making it the perfect night to clear out mental clutter. If you want to tap into that energy tonight, here are a few super simple rituals you can do at home:

Write & Rip: Write down three things that have been stressing you out or holding you back on a scrap piece of paper. Rip it up into tiny pieces and throw it away to physically let it go.

Charge Your Crystals: If you have crystals, pop them on a windowsill or outside overnight so the moonlight can cleanse and reset them.

Make Moon Water: Fill a glass jar with water and leave it on your windowsill overnight. Use it tomorrow to water your plants or splash on your face for a quick energy refresh.

Shake It Out: Aquarius energy can make us overthink and trap tension in our bodies. Stand up and literally shake your arms and legs out for a minute to release that built-up stress.

Are you feeling the intensity today or just enjoying the view? Drop a comment and let me know if you're doing any rituals tonight! 👇✨

Tonight is the Strawberry Full Moon, and it lands in the grounded sign of Capricorn. There is a really beautiful, potent energy to this one, it’s the very first full moon of summer, and it’s sitting incredibly low on the horizon, giving it a warm, amber, golden glow.Spiritually, the Strawberry Moon represents a time of ripening and harvesting the "sweetness" of what we’ve built so far this year. But because it's sitting in Capricorn, and because Mercury just went retrograde today, this lunation is gently forcing us to slow down, pause, and look at our foundations. It’s asking us: What are you building? And does it actually align with what brings your soul peace, or are you just burning yourself out?If you want to tap into the energy tonight, here are a few simple, little rituals you can do to honor yourself and the moon:

🍓 The Sweetness Practice: Buy or pick some fresh strawberries. Eat one slowly and mindfully. As you do, think about one piece of "sweetness," a win, or a lesson you are celebrating from the first half of this year. Let yourself fully feel gratitude for how far you’ve come.

🔥 The Burden Release: Capricorn energy can make us carry the weight of the world. Write down any limiting beliefs, outdated definitions of success, or heavy burdens you are tired of carrying. Safely burn the paper under the moonlight (or tear it up and bury it) to physically signify letting it go.

💦 Make Strawberry Moon Water: Set a glass bowl of water out tonight beneath the moonlight to charge. If you have them, you can drop in a few rose petals, strawberry leaves, or a piece of rose quartz. Use this water tomorrow to rinse your hands, mist your face, or water your favorite plants as a reminder of your intentions.

Step outside tonight, even if it’s just for five minute. Breathe in the summer air, let the moonlight hit your skin, and remember that you are allowed to grow slowly and in divine timing.Blessed full moon, everyone. 🌕✨
