view the complexities of our systems through a holistic, intersectionality, trauma informed and strengths based lens; We look at how our privilege/oppression-based culture comes into play into our own and our clients' lives. We carefully consider the importance race, culture and identity have on presenting symptoms. Those on our team have a deep personal understanding of how challenging and rewarding the journey of transformation is. We offer a wide range of eclectic and innovative treatment options ranging from EMDR to art therapy, dream analysis to Somatics and many more. Our clients come from varied backgrounds. They are often working though life adjustments and change and seek support, connection and healing. As individuals work to make sense of their place and identities in the world, we walk together to discover the parts of self that need to be witnessed, healed and released, so they can reclaim and empower the parts that have been abused, neglected, forgotten, or ignored.
