All That Matters yoga + wellness is a hub for wellbeing in Southern Rhode Island. Founded in 1995, All That Matters has blossomed into New England's largest non-residential yoga and holistic health center. We offer over 60 in studio and live stream yoga classes a week, plus yoga teacher trainings, workshops and

programs. Our holistic health services include therapeutic massage, reflexology, reiki, acupuncture, chiropractic, and holistic coaching. All That Matters’ mission is to educate, inspire, and support the community to continually grow toward, and maintain, optimal health and well being. We believe in serving others to make the world a healthier, happier place one person, and one community at a time. We believe “Inner peace leads to world peace and that’s all that matters”. Join musician, former Hindu monk, and author, Girish, for a deep dive into the healing practices of Bhakti Yoga in this transformational 2-hour journey through Breathwork, Chanting, and a Mantra-infused Restorative Savasana practice.⁣
We’ll share an entirely new Breathwork experience in this upcoming session with Girish, diving into the powerful BREATH OF LIFE practice from the monasteries of Tibet, followed by a deeply healing Vocal Yoga session, preparing us for some sweet call-and-response Kirtan before transitioning into a restorative Savasana practice, serenaded with live music and chanting.⁣

Accompanied by his amazing band, Girish invites his audience to participate by singing along, call and Girish’s original music catalog of seven albums is popular in yoga classes and music festivals all over the world, and his book, “Music and Mantras” continues his work to teach the art of meditation through music, to the world.⁣

Reiki, or Universal Life Energy, is a gentle, hands-on therapeutic technique that relieves stress, promotes balance and harmony, and supports your own healing process. This ancient and sacred healing art creates a deeply meditative and restorative experience for body, mind, and spirit.
A non-invasive treatment, Reiki is done fully clothed and is appropriate for conditions ranging from fatigue to allergies, Lyme Disease to headaches. It is an effective stand-alone therapy as well as an excellent complement to other healing modalities.

In this nourishing springtime mini-retreat,
we’ll sink into a soft and sacred space of stillness, embracing this season’s energy of renewal and rejuvenation.

Restorative yoga gives us the gift of slowing down, relaxing the body, and finding space within the mind. Yoga poses are experienced by lying passively over props such as blankets and bolsters, allowing the body to be fully held
without having to exert any effort.
Conscious relaxation balances the nervous system, alleviating stress and allowing us to surrender layers of deeply held tension to create an environment of healing in the body and mind.

This quiet and receptive practice is beneficial for all, especially in times of stress or when in need of replenishment. Carve out the time for yourself to rest, recharge, and plant seeds of intention during this restorative spring season.

Join yogi + artist Jean M. Puerini, founder of
Fleet of Passage, for a reflective, hands-on workshop exploring themes of migration, displacement, and belonging.
Participants will create small vessel forms using kraft paper, thread, and simple, tactile materials— each one contributing to a shared exploration of movement, memory, and place. From there, you are invited to contribute your vessel to the growing Fleet of Passage-a traveling, community-built installation shown in galleries and public spaces.
Each contribution becomes part of a larger collective artwork and is documented on the Fleet of Passage website, where it remains as part of the project in perpetuity.
Through a guided, process-based approach, participants will slow down, reflect, and create in a supportive, welcoming environment. Materials are intentionally minimal, encouraging focus on meaning, gesture, and form.
Net proceeds will be donated to Dorcas International Institute of Rhode Island to support immigrants and refugees in our community.
No prior art experience needed.

Myofascial Release (MFR) Yoga involves using yoga props and self-massage tools to release tension, improve movement, and return connective tissue to a healthier state. It is not only excellent for relieving general discomforts, but also reducing chronic pain, enhancing athletic training and recovery, accelerating healing from injury and surgery, and more.
This month, Sunday, May 17th, we’re showing extra love to our hips! Join us for a gentle, intentional practice of mindful stretching and self-massage. We’ll get grounded and melt away tension, all while increasing flexibility, stability, mobility, and circulation in the lower body.
