💢 اهتزاز أو رجفة بالرجل أو اليد
💢 أحياناً إحساس بتنميل
و من اهم الاسباب للاعراض دي :
* إجهاد العضلات أو قلة النوم
* نقص معادن مثل المغنيسيوم أو البوتاسيوم
