This week is Customer Service Week—and we're celebrating the people who make health care feel a little less complicated and a lot more human.

Houston, we're growing. Village Medical Houston clinics will soon be part of Harbor Health, making Houston our fifth Texas market. Harbor will keep delivering care and providing coverage, joining Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and El Paso.

Nothing will change for people who use the clinics after the end of the year. The clinics will keep operating under the Village Medical Houston name and keep accepting the insurance plans they accept today.

What's new is the option to pair that care with a Harbor plan. For members enrolled in a Harbor plan, there is no deductible. When members start with a Harbor clinician and that clinician refers them to a specialist, the referred care is covered at $0. Enrollment for 2027 individual and family plans opens Nov. 1 on HealthCare.gov.
